Refunds
Refund Policy
Our refund commitment is short on purpose: seven calendar days from your payment, requested through live chat.
Our refund commitment
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund through our live chat within 7 calendar days of your payment. You may request a refund even after trying the paid service. We can offer troubleshooting, but it is not a requirement for using this refund window.
How to request a refund
Open live chat and tell us that you want a refund, along with the email address you used for your request. You do not have to complete a troubleshooting process first. We may offer troubleshooting if you want it, but declining that offer does not affect your entitlement within the seven-day window.
A request made inside the window stays valid even if we reply later. The date that matters is when you asked, not when we responded.
Trials are separate from payments
The 24-hour free trial involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue — you simply don't pay. The seven-day refund window applies only to a payment you have actually made, and it is distinct from the trial period.
How refunds are returned
Where the payment method supports it, funds are returned through the original payment method. How quickly the money appears depends on the payment provider and your bank, so we don't state a fixed processing deadline we can't control.
Other situations we review
- Verified duplicate payments are returned.
- Paid orders that were never fulfilled are reviewed promptly and refunded if we cannot supply the service.
- Technical problems reported after the seven-day window are assessed individually for an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside the consumer rights you have where you live. It does not replace or limit rights that apply to you by law.
